Hey everyone! I'm Audrey Lee, PhD—a dynamic expert in movement, nutrition, and wellness. From childhood gymnastics to road cycling, my passion for adventure has fueled a career dedicated to helping others unlock their highest potential. With a PhD in exercise and sports science and a Master’s in nutrition, I’ve coached for teams like Greenville Cycling, Team Roger C Peace, and Paralyzed Veterans of America Racing.
These days, you'll find me paddleboard racing and skiing—my favorite ways to stay active. My holistic approach combines balanced training, recovery techniques, plant-based nutrition, and mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork. My mission is simple: to inspire others to nurture their body, mind, and spirit. My motto? Eat real food—mostly plants, balance your training with plenty of recovery, get outside, and be your best.
When I’m not outdoors, I’m creating plant-based recipes, teaching cooking classes, and coaching others to live their healthiest lives.
